Recently I have taken to publishing videos on TikTok, I know, what am I, 12? But no seriously, I have. I’ve put some old videos from Byte onto TikTok, as well as some gaming videos of mine. And this has been a fun experiencing, I’ve watched my videos, and quite thoroughly enjoyed them being there. Small yet fun videos. And honestly, I’ve lost way too many hours in TikTok watching Warzone Clips. So why the fail?

Well, this morning I went into TikTok and decided I wanted to watch a video I had posted from a game of Call of Duty. Much to my chagrin, there was absolutely no audio. I checked my phones volume, it was cranked up, it says I have ‘original audio’ which is what it should say, but no, 3 of my Call of Duty videos appear to of been silenced. This wouldn’t be a fail if the videos originally had no audio, or if the audio was lost during the initial upload, but that is not the case, these 3 videos had sound, for literal days. And now don’t.

So what gives TikTok? My audio not good enough for you? Was there a copyright claim? I’d like to know, I checked my emails to see if there was perhaps a copyright strike/claim sent to me, but alas, no. No such thing. So it would appear that 3 videos just lost audio with no indication as to why/how.

If this has happened to you, please reach out in the comments below and let me know. I’d like to hear some thoughts as to why TikTok lost my video audio after days of those videos working.

Also, if you haven’t heard, I am now streaming on Facebook Gaming, you can read about my decision here, or you can head right on over to my page a like/follow if you haven’t already, I’d appreciate the love. And of course, you can read about the Zucc here!
