This game hits you straight from the introduction, with its sooth, calming music. The same music we grew up with, and if you’re new to the franchise, this music is just a modern take on the original, and it is simply beautiful.
Throughout the game, there are spots that play new music, and you can discover / purchase said music and add it to your collection to play later on at other locations.
Familiar characters from the OG Playstation version exist, and have their substories retold in a new light. For instance, Jesse has quite a different story from what I have seen so far, and in fact, a lot more back story. The whole game is just a simple and amazing retelling.
