It’s #ShoulderDay in the #gym today. And I’m killing it. My Biceps though got a crazy good pump from the shoulder presses. Not sure why I figured my triceps would be feeling it but it’s my Biceps. Either way I feel awesome. Love this feeling. I wish gym time wouldn’t end.
